We are currently seeking a Housekeeper for a large-scale private residence and nearby properties. This is a luxury environment requiring an eye for detail, an understanding of different fits/finishes, and excellent customer service skills.

Compensation Range: $23 - $30 per hour

Ongoing Contract initially through 12/31/2024
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
Must have valid Driver's License.
Must have reliable transportation to Bellevue, WA
Must be able to work a 07:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday shift.
Job Title: Housekeeper
Summary: This position is responsible for all housekeeping and office cleaning services for the primary residence, satellite properties, and offices in the Bellevue area. Additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
General office/house cleaning & janitorial tasks i.e. vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, collecting & emptying trash
Spot cleaning carpets & upholstery
High dusting and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures
Bed making
Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen areas and pantries
Collect, wash, and fold/iron laundry while working with a dry-cleaning vendor
Cobwebbing
Cleaning windows
Exterior cleaning e.g., wipe down outdoor furniture, covers, cushions and spot clean outdoor patio/deck as needed
Cleaning cars
Polish/ clean high-end furnishings as well as silver, crystal, and China
Food and Beverage stock duties
Inventory, restock and clean and breakroom supplies
Commercial kitchen clean
Seasonal support – uncover and stock boat, uncover outdoor furniture, etc.
Assist with event set up & breakdown
Assist with pet related requests
Be mindful cleaning around high value art and sensitive equipment
Report any concerns, problems, maintenance issues that may impact the property
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required.
Drug-free, and able to pass a background check & credit check
Ability to work full time (40 hours) Monday through Friday day with ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Ability to help on occasional weekends or evenings for special events and entertaining
Ability to follow & uphold site rules and safety guidelines & report safety & site rule violations to your manager
Ability to read and understand instructions on cleaning and other products and handle products in a safe manner
Be able to report property damage and maintenance needs to the supervisor
Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow - through.
Be able to lift & carry up to 40lbs intermittently
Be willing to wear a uniform (uniforms provided) and non-slip shoes
Have reliable transportation
Ability to work onsite for 4-8 hours at a time
English fluency strongly preferred
