More than 15 years of SAP working experience in SAP.

Responsible for the delivery of a whole program spanning several projects.

Responsible for scope, timeline, and budget of committed program.

Reporting to Management as per Project Governance structure.

Guide the project managers and motivate the team to achieve goal & objectives.

Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.

Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping management, Steering Committee and business stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.

Experience of working within an SAP Telecommunication / Retail environment.

Over all understanding of End-to-end business processes in SAP S4 HANA as per SAP Activate & Agile methodology.

Should able to handle global teams, including onsite/offshore coordination

Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
