Our RNs are trained to care for highly acute neuro progressive patientsin a 1:3 and Medical Surgical patients in a 1:5 RN to patient ratio. The patient population on thisunit includes but is not limited to: post-op craniotomies, complex spine surgeries, acuteischemic, hemorrhagic strokes and kidney transplants.As a member of our nursing team you will be supported to provide high quality, skilled nursingservices and assist patients achieve optimum and functional health. Through collaboration withphysicians and other healthcare professionals, you will help prepare the patient and family fordischarge to home or another setting for continued care. Provides high quality, skilled nursing services to assist patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status.

Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals

“We deliver inspired people to do meaningful work.”QualificationsQualifications● A current and valid Washington State Registered Nurse License is required for thisposition.● CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.● Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.● One year of Acute Care, or Medical Surgical experience required.● Transplant and/or Neurology & Neurosurgery experience preferred.● Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.● Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
