Description Robert Half is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst who can support a local client based in Seattle, WA. This candidate will be required to have a background in testing software applications, cross-functional support, and proficiency in SQL. Apply Now! Job Duties:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.
Perform regression testing, functional testing, and system integration testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, isolate, and document bugs or defects found during testing and track them to resolution.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Utilize SQL queries to perform database testing and validate data integrity.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing tools to enhance the QA process.
Provide support and guidance to junior QA team members as needed.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
Requirements
3+ years in a QA Analyst position or related role
Proven experience in automated testing/testing methodologies and techniques.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database testing and validation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
