Project Coordinator

Description We are located in Seattle, Washington, and operate within the hospitality industry. We are currently in need of a Project Coordinator to assist the Senior PM with daily tasks on a part time basis.Responsibilities: Manage digital projects, focusing mainly on website development and maintenance. Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Asana to track project progress and manage tasks. Create PowerPoints to show status of Creative Team to stakeholders Prepare and present project deliverables and ensure they meet the expected quality standards. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Asana for project management Knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) and CRM Proficiency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies Experience in building brand awareness Proficiency in campaign planning and deliverable management Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
