Millions of sellers around the globe have built their businesses on Amazon, and in this role you will be charged with building programs and products that ensure Amazon remains the best place for them to sell online.Amazon’s growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new solutions, have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end. You should have proven experience in strategy, product development, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a high pressure, dynamic environment.From Day 1, product managers at Amazon are given ownership of large products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

7+ years of program or project management experience

7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market.
