Prep CookOverview:· Pay: $26 an hour· Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday)· Location: Seattle, WA (First Hill)Job Description:As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items based on standard recipes and utilizing various cooking techniques. You will also stock and replenish food supplies, inventory and order food products, and update necessary documentation. Responsibilities include reading and completing production sheets, recording temperatures of food and equipment, assessing the quality of food products, and making decisions on their service suitability.Qualifications:· Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen· Food Safety Practices· Must have a Washington State Food Handler CardBenefits and Other Information:We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
