Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is based in Seattle, Washington, and plays a crucial part in our patient registration process. This role requires an individual who can effectively handle front office responsibilities including answering phone calls, intake of incoming referrals, and patient check-in and check-out.Responsibilities: Manage and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and respectful manner Efficiently handle the intake of incoming patient referrals Utilize the EPIC software for various tasks Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing faxes Conduct patient check-in and check-out procedures Work closely within a team that includes medical doctors, medical assistants, and other patient service representatives Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in a healthcare setting Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities Show commitment to patient care and ensure a positive patient experience Operate in various clinics as needed, primarily within the North clinics of Edmonds and Northgate Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent phone presence Experience with time management tools such as 'About Time' Ability to provide workstation support and troubleshoot common issues Demonstrable record of regular attendance Comfortable with video conferencing and other forms of digital communication Experience in processing referrals in a healthcare setting Familiarity with HealthCare.gov for patient support Ability to distribute faxes and manage office communication Knowledge of R Code for data management is desirable Experience in patient check-in procedures Proficiency in using Epic Software for patient registration Understanding of offshore patient registration processes Experience working in or with clinics Knowledge of TRICARE and NIS for patient support is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
