Description
TCG is working with a busy Puget Sound-based insurance client that needs a Marketing Automation Manager who is skilled in Eloqua.Responsibilities:- Direct mail expertise/creative/segmentation and reporting on campaign performance and conversions
- Implement best practices, including guidelines for emails, landing pages, campaigns, nurture programs
- Implement testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) on email campaign elements to improve conversion rates
- Leverage marketing automation to nurture existing clients as well as create lead generation for new opportunities
- Manage email deliverability (bounce/unsubscribe), database hygiene, subscription management, and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Manage lead management program; work with internal teams to develop strategy and testing of lead scoring and nurturing programs
- Oversee database management segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, lead management, CRM integration, etc.
- Develop, deploy, manage, track, and report on automated marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition
- Generate reporting and leverage data to draw insights and optimization of campaigns
- 5+ years working in marketing roles including a focus on marketing automation
- 3 years working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Silverpop
- 5 years' experience B2C e-mail campaign design
