We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior / Lead Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a recently awarded Rail and Transit Construction Management project that will last 4 years in the Pacific Northwest area.What You'll Be Doing:

Track Non-Conformance Reports.

Will be responsible for Daily and other Reports.

Will manage the other inspection staff on the project.

Ensure that the field staff is completely covering activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

An experienced professional, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience including 2-3+ years' experience in working on large construction projects in railroad yard operating environments.

Associate's degree in a technical discipline or construction related field. High school diploma and equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Understand Contractor Field Operations, understand and be able to coordinate Inspections with responsible AHJ.

Understand basic field Safety Operating Environments.

Understand and be able to apply QA/QC plans and be able to issue.

MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Amtrak experience preferable.

NICET qualified inspector with experience as a Safety coordinator.

Good Oral and Written communication abilities.

Have a basic understanding of the Appliable Building Codes.

Ability to read and understand CPM Schedules.

ProCore, Bluebeam experience preferred.
