Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Seattle, Washington. This role is primarily focused on overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be instrumental in planning and implementing HR strategies that promote a high-performance culture, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring the effectiveness of human resources programs and initiatives.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall objectives of the organization. Oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment efforts to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Coordinate and direct administrative functions related to human resources. Ensure the organization's HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with the overall mission. Manage employee relations, benefits, and training programs. Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices. Collaborate with top management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, wellness plans, and other similar company perks as needed. Utilize ADP as the sole HRIS to streamline HR processes and procedures. Handle employee relations issues, ensuring proper resolution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Familiarity with Compliance regulations and processes within a HR context Proven ability to manage Employee Relations effectively Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities and team management experience Ability to strategize and implement HR policies and practices Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management and external stakeholders Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
