HR Generalist

What You'll Do: Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, conducting confidential HR investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management and facilitating conflict resolution conversations with empathy and professionalism.Compensation and Benefits: Answer employee questions around our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies (e.g FMLA, LOA); Provide support during the annual compensation review process; and address key stake holder questionsHR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations; maintain and update employee records; assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; and stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate HR risks. Training & Development: Develop and deliver engaging training programs using Workday, empowering employees with the knowledge they need to succeed. Deliver engaging training sessions on various topics, such as leadership development, performance management, succession planning, career competency modeling etc.  Partner with manager to create individual development plans for employees.Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements; prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis; and support HR initiatives with data-driven decision-makingProjects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise and helping us achieve strategic goals.
