- 8+ years of relevant consulting or Health Care industry experience
- Experienced in program requirement management and implementation timelines
- Experienced in project/program management and/or process consulting.
- Ability to work with higher management and report on status and health of the program.
- Participate in and/or lead the completion of deliverables within the constraints of budget, time, and resources.
- Experience working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
