Trupanion is seeking a results-driven and innovative Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your main goals will be to increase conversions, maximize the ROI on paid media efforts, and contribute directly to Trupanion’s overall growth.You will work directly with Trupanion’s partnered digital agency, leveraging them as an extension of your team, to develop, implement and manage all paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You will also work across internal teams, including Brand, Digital, and Growth Insights, to optimize the performance of each campaign.You will excel in this position if you:Thrive at the intersection of creativity and data- being equally capable and excited about leveraging data to make decisions and supporting creative developmentAre customer-centric and have a strong ability to zoom out and see the broader customer experience and journeyHave a curious mindset and are always thinking about the next A/B testAre a strong communicator and able to easily cater your communication from agency to digital partner to senior leadershipThis position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.What you will do:Develop, implement and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns alongside our digital agencyMonitor and allocate paid media budgets to ensure effective spend to goalsAnalyze and optimize all facets of campaigns for performance improvement, including creative/copy, targeting, and landing pageCollaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy, imagery and videos that align with campaign goals and brandingDevelop robust A/B testing roadmap across all elements of ad campaignsStay up to date on trends in digital marketing and paid media, including platform updates, best practices, new features and competitor strategiesDefine goals and effectively lead all aspects of channel execution, while identifying tactics with high lead volume and conversion potential.Drive day-to-day operations of agency partnershipExperience you have:3+ years of paid media experience, including budget management, with proven success in campaign resultsExperience using analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsWhat you’ll bring: Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with major paid advertising platformsKnowledge of SEO and organic traffic strategies to complement paid effortsCompensation:The pay range for this position is $90,000 -$110,000, on a full-time schedule.Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion’s success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
