 Turner & Townsend are seeking a Construction Scheduler to work with our team in Seattle and manage Scheduling for a key technology client’s modern retail real-estate construction projects.The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.The Scheduler will take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role. Primary Responsibilities:Full time M-F on project site working in a fast-paced environment for a confidential client in the tech industry.Ability to travel to project sites and assess schedule progress.Understand and apply construction industry standard scheduling best practices.Develop and maintain high-level master schedules to manage projects through design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.Generate and update detailed construction schedules based on drawing reviews and input from project stakeholders.Review contractor construction schedules for compliance with contract requirements, use of scheduling best practices, progress, and changes.Coordinate schedule activities between various projects and stakeholders.Prepare or review Time Impact Analyses and provide recommendations for impact mitigation.
