Business Operations Analyst

This is an onsite role (Tuesdays-Thursdays) at our Seattle office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Business Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of client projects within our professional services organization. In this role, you will partner with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project setup, financial alignment, and data integrity within our professional services automation (PSA) tools.You’ll play a key role in enabling our teams to deliver exceptional client work by maintaining clean project data, resolving issues, and ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, including project creation, maintenance, and extension activities within our systemsAssist project managers in accurately modeling projects within our professional services automation toolsReview statements of work (SOWs) and ensure project financials align appropriatelyProcess and implement project extensions within our systems based on written or verbal instructions from project leadersMonitor and resolve project data quality issues, proactively identifying discrepancies or areas for improvementInvestigate and respond to internal customer inquiries regarding project resources, allocations, and financial details
