Boeing has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in multiple locations across the United States.
Quality Salaried professionals partner with and lead cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, effectively ensuring that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans.
Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
Collects data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.
Collects data to support Quality source selection activity.
Supports preparation for hardware, software and system level audits.
Compiles data for material review disposition.
Works under close supervision
These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Some of these positions are safety sensitive positions and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testingSome of these positions require the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.These positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Additionally, some positions may require the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Currently Enrolled Student with a completed Bachelors Degree or higher by August 2024
Problem Solving Experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a Quality role
Experience with Quality Management Systems
Preferred skills: Project Management, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, SQL/programming and other related skills
