Description:Manage the pre-employment background screening program.This position requires a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a willingness to dive deep into projects.Work with the Talent Acquisition Operations and other cross-functional partners to scale the program including efficiency gains, workflow improvement, and process changes.Ensure maximum possible compliance with all local laws and regulations. Partner with the Senior Program Manager to analyze and drive projects and initiatives to completion.Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and diagnose/identify areas for further improvement.Synthesize recommendations and share with key stakeholders to drive business decisions.Communicate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolutions and information integrityMonitors progress of screening process, addresses any issue that may be causing a delay and communicates with applicable partiesPerform scheduled audits using multiple data sources, reporting results to stakeholdersAdjudicate pre-hire employment background checksAssesses results of background checks and risks as related to the position for which an individual is being considered and consults with background screening review team determine appropriate outcomesSkills:Human resources, Administrative support, Data entry, reporting, smartsheets, background screening, hireright, google suiteTop Skills Details:Human resources,Administrative support,Data entry,reportingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Familiarity with Smartsheet, GoStrong commitment to ethics and doing the right thing, with the ability to see different perspectives and help analysis gray areas where what’s right may not be straightforward ·Proven track record of innovative problem solving that improves business performance .Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skillsExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
