As a Client Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in deepening and expanding this high-impact partnership. This is not a traditional sales role. You must be able to write crisp business documents, shape strategy decks with clarity and creativity, and collaborate across functional teams to bring the best of Sutherland forward.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES     Sales Engagement: Drive end-to-end pursuitsGenerate $5M+ “in-year” revenue from new logos annually.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Client's ecosystem.Shape creative solutions with subject matter experts using design thinking principles.Craft compelling proposals and executive presentations that inspire confidence.Lead commercial, pricing, and contract negotiations.Client Relationship Management: Build trusted partnershipsCultivate strong executive relationships based on value, trust, and insight.Leverage your personal network and past experiences to create new entry points.Practice customer obsession by deeply understanding client goals, pain points, and strategic initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Orchestrate with agilityPartner with internal teams; Solutions, Delivery, Innovation, Digital Engineering, and more to co-create customized proposals.Connect dots across business units to present integrated, high-impact solutions.Market Insight & Thought Leadership: Stay future-readyStay on top of Client's evolving business landscape and industry disruptors.Bring sharp insight into emerging technologies, macro trends, and competitor strategies.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, POVs, and value-driven storytelling.Sales Operations & PlanningBuild and execute your personal business development plan.Regularly review pipeline, performance, and strategic progress with leadership.
