Description We are currently seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney or Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience focused on the practice of motion writing, as this will be a central part of their role. Tasks will include drafting various types of motions, responses to motions and other practice-specific documents to support ongoing litigation actions. In addition to this, trial experience is extremely important. The successful candidate will be comfortable and competent in a courtroom setting, having developed versatile trial strategies and a strong ability to deliver compelling arguments. Previous defense experience is a must, as the position involves representing our clients and protecting their rights in the face of various legal allegations. This implies understanding clients' needs, crafting strong defense strategies, and working diligently to ensure the most favorable outcomes. We are looking for a candidate who is not only knowledgeable in these areas but also possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills.This is a contract-to-hire position and offers hybrid flexibility in downtown Seattle.Requirements Requirements:
3+ YOE in litigation
Licensed and good standing in Washington state
