DescriptionAssociate Staffing Coordinator (294287)Schedule: FTE 1.0, DayResponsible for daily scheduling duties and responsibilities using a multi-line phone system and computerized database. Responds to SMC requests for interpreters, screens requests for service eligibility, reviews daily unassigned requests and assigns to appropriate service provider, assists with identification of service gaps and provides information to customers regarding structure and service level of Linguistic Services, and information on procedures for requesting interpreter services and canceling service requests.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. 2 years Experience as a scheduler/dispatcher or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds showing sensitivity to cultural differences and concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree Social services, business, or related field.

Experience in a social service or medical environment; preferably related to providing interpreter services to the public or working with limited English speaking population.

Experience with contracts.
