Assistant Director of Banquets

This role is pivotal in assisting to manage and or supervising the banquet floor by providing engaging, sincere, personalized service.  In the absence of the Banquet Director, the Assistant Banquet Director will require to attend Banquet Event Meetings, Pre-Conference meetings, Resume meetings and labor meetings. The Assistant Banquet Director will ensure that all standards, procedures and guest satisfaction objectives are met and exceeded on a consistent basis. 

Scope:Works to efficiently manage the banquet department in partnership with the Banquet Director.  To ensure that guests receive service and is done through corporate standards.
