JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Technical Consulting Manager, the Application Development Intern will gain valuable experience designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 based products and solutions. The Application Development Intern will be paired up with members of our Tribal Platforms team and Fast Track Architects.Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Learn about best practices and methodologies to gather requirements, design, configure, customize, and implement software solutions

- Work with team members on building and documenting configurations and customizations of various components```{=html}```

- Learn and utilize Arctic IT's Development Best Practices```{=html}```

- Learn to perform components of implementations that include application enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards```{=html}```

- Learns how to perform code debugging and testing and assist with issues related to Client deployments```{=html}```

- Learn how to resolve defects for customized solutions```{=html}```

- Learn how to maintain source code and track outstanding items following the Arctic IT development process.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:

Freshman or higher college student in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a career or prior work experience within the following fields: Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Informational Technology

- 3.0 overall GPA```{=html}```
