Job Title: Accounts Payable AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various accounting tasks, including AP accrual, payment inquiries, vendor master updates, creating new vendor accounts, processing check runs, and processing PO/Non-PO invoices.Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable operations, including AP accruals.

Handle payment inquiries and vendor master updates.

Create new vendor accounts and process check runs.

Process both PO and Non-PO invoices efficiently.

Review financial statements and ensure accuracy.

Utilize Dynamics 365 and Excel for daily tasks.

Provide feedback and follow up on accounting processes.

Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Communicate effectively with team members and vendors.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of AP experience.

Proficiency in AP accrual.

Experience with processing PO and Non-PO invoices.

Ability to review financial statements.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365.

Strong Excel skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent experience.

Work EnvironmentThis is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington, working 40 hours a week with the team. Start time is between 7 to 9 AM.
