Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the Non-Profit industry, based in Seattle, Washington. This role is integral to our team's operations, with a focus on maintaining order, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.Responsibilities: Ensuring the HR reception area is kept clean and orderly, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment Managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch Becoming familiar with and utilizing resources such as the Mail Room Directory, Phone Directory, and Organizational Chart & Project Names Managing email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in visitors, providing excellent customer service Filing important documents and maintaining an organized filing system Assisting with employee onboarding activities, such as preparing onboarding files, ushering in new hires, assisting with photo-badge creation, guiding new hires with paperwork, and providing reminders on Outlook/Moodle/ADP Assisting new hires with Moodle training sessions Demonstrating proficiency in various management systems and Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Handling other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating skills in data entry and customer service. Requirements Proven experience in an Administrative Coordinator role within a Non-Profit sector Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Familiarity with Management System and About Time software Strong skills in data entry and correspondence Experience in providing high-quality customer service Ability to liaise with C-Suite level executives effectively Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
