Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Seattle, Washington. The role involves handling a high volume of transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Responsible for the accurate processing of expense reports. Conduct credit card reconciliations and validate the coding. Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable. Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data. Utilize Deltek system for various accounting tasks. Handle account reconciliations to ensure accurate records. Responsible for coding invoices as part of the accounts payable process. Monitor and manage corporate credit card usage and transactions. Ensure the accuracy of financial records by conducting regular reviews. Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable. Requirements Proficiency in Deltek software for project and business management purposes Experience in handling and processing expense reports Familiarity with the use and management of corporate credit cards Ability to perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and processes (AP) Experience in coding invoices for proper classification and record keeping Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
