IHB Architects is need of a Project Manager to help with our project work-load AND potentially to assist in office-wide administration. Come and join a fun, exciting and progressive office environment with varied commercial and residential project types.
Project Management and Business Operations roles including: project management, project coordinator/scheduler, schematic and design development, feasibility studies, document production, code research, construction administration, specifications, client and colleague management and interaction, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 - 15 yrs. MIN. experience in architecture professional practice
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time in an office situation
- Experience with 5/2 multi-family projects HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with hotels a PLUS
- Strong leadership and project management experience desirable
- Bachelor's degree in architecture desirable
- License desirable, not mandatory
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD- DESIRABLE
- Proficiency with SketchUp and Bluebeam HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Hand sketching / conceptualizing is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Proven time-management and multi-tasking ability
- Strong technical skills and strong design sensibility
- Strong people skills
