Structural Project Engineers at Dibble are provided opportunities not usually found in other structural engineering firms. From the start of their career here, our Project Engineers regularly interact with clients, have the opportunity to present information in external and internal meetings, provide construction support services, and go onsite to observe and document project progress.
If you are a creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual with the desire to acquire new skills, expand your client base, and mentor/ educate junior staff, you could be a great fit for our learning culture. Our team works collaboratively to enhance the structural design and construction process; however, if you also enjoy opportunities to independently research and resolve complicated engineering issues, we will provide you the chance to grow your autonomy and tackle bigger challenges. If you enjoy a good laugh and a fun working environment, yet possess excellent technical skills and uncompromising work ethic and quality standards, we would highly value your contributions to our growing team.
