Licensed Architect Needed – Washington State – Immediate Projects
We are seeking a licensed architect to assist with several active commercial and residential projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to jump into urgent design and permitting tasks.
About the Role:
Collaborate on a range of local projects, including mixed-use developments, custom homes, and commercial renovations
Provide architectural design, code compliance, and permit-ready documentation
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and local jurisdictions
Support fast-moving timelines with clear communication and reliable follow-through
Requirements:
Current Washington State architectural license
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and other related design tools
Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Availability to begin immediately on time-sensitive assignments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience with Pacific Northwest design standards and materials
Familiarity with both urban and suburban project types
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
