FORM Architecture, a progressive Spokane area custom residential and commercial Architectural office with licenses in multiple states, is seeking a VERY production oriented Revit Design Drafter & PM to help with our growing project workload, both residential & commercial.
Seeking skilled Designers/PM's able to handle more complex tasks and projects; which will involve design, drafting and construction document coordination. Must be able to create complete plan sets with little or no hand-holding.
A min. of 5-10 years of actual Architectural Revit Production work experience preferred. Someone that can jump in and "Carry the ball" with some oversight Would also consider a recent Architectural Graduate with actual Architectural work experience.
We have many awesome and progressive custom residential and commercial projects in multiple states; if you like working on a lot of different types of projects, this is your place! Depending on experience, you can and will be involved in all aspects of design and production, including client/contractor meetings, project managing, design drafting, and permit documents.

We do all of our design & production in Revit; need someone pretty savvy in getting around in Revit. AutoCad and Sketchup experience a plus, mostly for dealing with Engineering Consultants.

MUST LIVE OR WILL LIVE IN SPOKANE/CDA AREA. No remote or telecommute work at this time, as in-office and on-site meetings with our clients are part of the job responsibilities.
Seeking full-time employee, but will consider half-time or contract basis as well.
Competitive pay of $65,000 - $75,000/year ($30-35/hr), negotiable, and based on work experience and value to the firm. Semi-flexible work hours. We offer employee insurance, 8 paid Holidays, and generous vacation/PTO time.
