Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, covering a variety of scientific subjects including biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science.
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and interactive lessons.
Prepare students for science competitions and enhance their overall readiness for advanced studies.
Collaborate with students to set and achieve academic goals, monitoring progress and adjusting instructional methods as needed.
Cultivate a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and scientific inquiry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline, education, or related field.
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or science education.
Familiarity with competition preparation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a knack for making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
A passion for hands-on learning and encouraging students to reach their full potential.
