This is a mixed bag type of position. The main critical support to start is warehouse support / the front sales counter and starting in spring 2025 - show support on sight locations around the country.

You will be trained in a few main areas and then expected to learn over time more positions at the company as you develop. We are eventually looking for a well rounded employee that can fill the need in many different job titles. This means your not stuck at the same job - all the time. Listed as a part-time position - this can be seasonal where full time is required in the spring / summer months and part time in the winter month. The job is flexible however and can be based around your needs for the time your willing to commit to this job. We just need more helpeither 16 hours a week or up to 40 during specific times of the year or all the time if you willing and able. You determine how much you wish to work with a pre-set schedule you help create. Over time as you develop and take on more responsibility, customer sales, parts development, marketing, part promotion are all some of the "jobs' one can obtain and be involved with at our company.

Job requirements:

Typing skills and ability to travel and dependability - that is basically it.

Your main focus is warehouse and shipping support to start. This is pulling new parts from the bin locations from a (pull sheet) and boxing those into separate orders meant for shipping. The majority of parts are less than 5 pounds and are NEW in a box or bag. You will also be asked to put NEWLY received parts that are labeled with bin locations - away into there proper bin locations in the warehouse. TO that you will be trained on how to label boxes from Fed Ex or Postal software for outbound shipping. You will also be trained on how to help customers in our showroom for sales support. You will also be asked to attend shows around the country starting in 2025 where by that time you will be fully trained to support other staff at these fun show events. This does require you to be away from home for up to 1 week at a time - up to 4 times a year max - that is a job requirement as we need everybody to have the ability to attend one of these shows or more during the year. We rotate staff as much as possible to the various show events we attend around the country - mainly spring and summer.

Items to highlight in your resume or application. If you have prior software experience with shipping using FED EX or Postal software for processing a shipping label. IF you have prior Customer service experience. IF you have ANY automotive background or skills so you know what a ball joint is for example - just basic vehicle knowledge - as our business is a car parts supplier.
