Receptionist

We are a very busy, small animal, one doctor practice seeking a friendly and helpful Receptionist. Must be available 10:30 -6:30pm Monday through Thursday, and have their own transportation. Employees must be self-motivating, not afraid to get a little dirty or hairy. This position must know how to type fast and accurately when scheduling appointments. As well as able to multitask when checking people in and out and still answer the phones politely. Must be able to walk without assistance when escorting pets to and from kennels, must be able to hold 30 lbs. Whether it’s get dog food or holding animals, be able to squat down low to pick up an animal or reach tall shelves. Other duties to this position will be faxing, emailing prescriptions, work with petty cash and credit card machines, do reminder calls, filing, prepping for the charts for the prior day’s appointments, and getting the mail.
