Duties include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently and accurately checking in guests.
- Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries.
- Providing information about our services and facilities.
- Handling guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assisting with minimal cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Processing payments using a POS system.
- Demonstrating proficiency in understanding and navigating systems.
- Performing night closing routine duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Accountability and proficient time management skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must hold a Mast certificate and be 18+ to work independently at the Golf desk.
