Local cosmetics manufacturer is looking for a customer service and cosmetics filling assistant.
Job duties will include
Answering phones, responding to customers on social media and email.
Assisting with taking, filling and checking orders.
Filling and labeling cosmetic products. Maintaining batching and quality standards and paperwork. Must be willing and able to keep a neat and tidy workplace.
Inform office manager and lab manager of ongoing manufacturing needs.
Assist in procurement of bottles and packaging supplies.
Assisting the office manager with other administrative projects when available.
Duties will take place in our Bellevue office.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 4 pm

The following attributes will make you stand out:
You have some mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining simple manufacturing machines (shrink wrap tunnel, pneumatic filling machine).
You have earned or are working on your Associates degree from an accredited institution.
Education and or experience in the life sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry).

Benefits:
$20-$23 per hour DOE
3 weeks paid vacation.
$500 dollar signing bonus contingent upon 1 year of employment.
