We are in need of an experienced front desk customer service representative, but we are willing to train the right person!
The ideal candidate will have had extensive customer service background, used to interacting with customers in person and over the phone. A positive attitude organized and able to multitask, and good communication skills. Self-starter who can handle and solve customer issues, able to adapt to change and problem solving.
Your main responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting customers, providing estimates to major dealerships, insurance agencies and customers, helping with insurance claims, and scheduling. You must have computer skills as you will be using the computer to generate quotes/work orders, and email customers as well as our vendors, ordering parts. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You must be willing to learn our software (GLASPAC), handle multiple phone lines to do conference calls, coordinating schedule with technicians

FULL TIME - MONDAY- FRIDAY 8:30AM-5PM
