ITS is actively seeking a service manager at our Tacoma Location
Specifically this position will prepare you for taking over the Service Manager/Dispatch position. Correct person could be a Store manager.

You will be required to oversee and actively participate in the hands on work
Service Technician Responsibilities
-Mounting and dismounting all types of commercial and industrial tires
-Working independently and effectively
-Effectively communicating with dispatch and manager personnel
- Performing Mobile/roadside service calls
-Maintaining large commercial fleets
-Submitting accurate memos
-Follows all safety procedures
-Maintain proper shop stocking levels
-Maintain a clean and organized work space
-Facilitate orders and writing orders
Taking care of Drive in customer and salesmen’s drop off work
Qualifications:
Must have previous tire experience and knowledge to attain higher end wages
Extensive knowledge of mounting commercial and industrial tires
Experience in communicating with customers
Self motivator
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2+ years Tire experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work with all levels of staff
Must be able to move and lift 100lbs +
Valid Drivers license/Clean MVR
Benefits
$35/hr DOE + incentive program, Monthly incentive pay
Incentive brings to $40/hr
Levels of pay vary based on experience and capabilities.
