We are seeking a proactive Property Manager who will serve as a strategic leader, adept at multitasking and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will oversee daily park operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining professional relationships with residents and vendors, while also enforcing park rules and regulations in compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong administrative and computer skills, and be capable of handling various tasks such as rent collection, lease agreements, and coordination of maintenance and repairs.

Housing provided after trial period!

Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:

Perform as a strategic leader with a “can-do” attitude and ability to multitask and problem solve.

Oversee the day-to-day park operations to ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents.

Maintain professional and courteous communication with park residents and vendors for all issues.

Walk property daily and address issues.

Practice and enforce park rules and regulations as well as ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to mobile home communities.

Issue resident violation notices and follow-through.

Collection of rents, late fees and deposits thereof

Strong administrative skills. Maintain office and park records in a neat orderly manner.

Computer skills required. Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Collection of rents, late fees, clubhouse rentals and make deposits.

Write-up lease agreements and other resident documents, and oversee move-in and move-outs including inspections, make ready and turn-over.

Communicate, arrange and oversee vendors and projects

Perform minor repairs and ability to assess park maintenance needs and upkeep coordination.

Perform small gardening and landscaping tasks when necessary.

Clean and maintain park clubhouse building
