Evergreen home exteriors is a well established home improvement company. In addition to being the largest Deck Builder in the state of Washington, we also offer interior remodeling, Siding, Windows, Roofing and Solar panel installations. We also have our own Electrical team our license to perform electrical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preconstruction phase, collaborating with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.

- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and value engineering analyses to optimize project outcomes.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bid packages, and proposals to secure new projects.

- Manage subcontractor prequalification, bidding, and selection processes.

- Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and value is maximized.

- Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to project teams throughout the preconstruction phase.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in preconstruction management within the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation ranges from a starting salary of $90,000-$110,000 per year

Medical after 60 days
