Horticultural Elements is looking for a highly-organized and highly-motivated Landscape Account Manager for our Maintenance department. The Candidate will support our Ownership and crews to perform on site management, client communication and project tracking.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent sense of organization and complete knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and will possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be great with people and an enthusiastic supporter of our culture. Experience is required along with basic plant and Irrigation knowledge.
Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following specific responsibilities.
Landscape Account Manager:
Daily review and crew set up Site visits Organize and track project expenses and employee timesheets Communicates with Clients of our operational progress Supports office staff Performs estimates and proposals for small enhancement projects as requested Participates in hiring and staffing as needed
The position is 40+ hours per week, 5 days. Occasional Weekends as Client/ Projects demands. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic willing attitude. A clean valid driver’s license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Salary ($50k - $70k)
Potential for commissions and bonus pay.
Benefits: Company vehicle, Company Phone, Laptop, Holiday Pay (5 days), Vacation Pay (accrued / based 15 days annually for full time), Sick Pay and PFML (per WA State)
