Compensation:
Starting pay for project managers is $90,000 - $110,000 with much room for growth.

Your Role:
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee all phases of remodeling projects, from initial planning and design to completion, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring transparency and clear communication with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, engaged, and delighted throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining open lines of communication with clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Swiftly and efficiently resolve any project-related challenges, always prioritizing the client's best interests.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the home remodeling or construction industry, with a track record of outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in project management, construction management, or related fields are highly desirable.
