We support work life balance. Role: The Inventory Supervisor executes and coordinates the activities of our daily Inventory operations. This role ensures the consistency and continuity of Inventory Specialists and Leads to ensure the integrity of active and complex online inventory. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for meeting goals on a daily, monthly and annual basis in normal operations, as well as participating in and delegating labor to special projects. This people-first position has a focus on building a workplace of continual improvement, both for our employees and our processes.Provide feedback to direct reports and maintain team moraleTrack and manage labor to reach team-based SLAs and inventory goalsDevelop new inventory processes and improve established workflows to increase department efficiencyManage and adjust timecards in ADP Workforce Now, while also handling PTO and Scheduling requestsEngage employees in disciplinary conversations in accordance with our collective bargaining agreementCoordinate with leadership from other teams to create consistency and synergy in our Fulfillment OperationsDevise and execute performance development plans for direct reportsConduct and provide recommendations on new hire applicantsQualifications:Associates Degree or 2-years equivalent work experiencePrior supervisory responsibilities for a team of at least 5 Full Time Employees (FTE) Possess a strong attention to deal, especially with visual acuityAbility to consistently work in a repetitive environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to provide feedback both in the moment and in regular performance reviewsProfessional Development and Management experience a plusKnowledge of Magic: The Gathering editions and player basePrevious experience with electronic inventory management systemsPhysical Requirements:Manual dexterity with constant fine finger manipulation.The capacity to stand and work on hard surfaces for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.Frequent wrist flexion/extension in repetitive motions.Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting at waist may be required.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.Location / Work Schedule:Seattle, WA through January 2024, then relocating to Monroe, WA in mid-March 2024 PM Shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM), mid-week weekend daysJob Type / Pay Rate:Full Time, scheduled 40 per work week, set shift with two consecutive weekend days.Non-exempt/Hourly: From $25.58 per hour, and $26.48 per hour upon completion of training and meeting expectations.Full Pay Range: $25.58 per hour - $28.09 per hour based on proficiency.
