HOA On-Site Community Manager - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

HOAMCO is seeking the perfect fit for a full-time HOA Manager onsite, with a heavy focus on compliance and governance at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge located at the top of Novelty Hill. This forested region is surrounded by natural beauty having miles of walking trails throughout our community. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, pro-active professional who will work well individually but will enjoy the dynamic of being part of a solid team managing a complex of 55+ active adult resort community. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable and pivot as needed. This position reports directly to the onsite General Manager.

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 hiring bonus to be paid following four months of fulltime employment.

We are offering a pay range of $85K/Annually to $95K/Annually (DOE)

This position is a full-time salaried position onsite at the community, offering benefits of Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K and more!

Qualifications:

HOA Community Management Experience is required

Must be extremely knowledgeable in Washing State HOA Civil codes

A strong understanding of governing documents and ability to draft policy and procedures

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Project Management Apps

Industry credentials including CMCA and AMS preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local regulations

Facilitate and attendance at the Board of Directors and Committee meetings providing guidance and professional recommendations

Successful experience with procurement of bids/proposals

Advise the GM, Covenants Committee and Board on compliance incidents and associated enforcement.

Support the Board and committees on compliance and governance.

Keep abreast of new legislation and trends in the Community to guide and propose changes in Governance.

Contract management - review contractual services and onsite work as needed

Proactively and reasonably enforcing the Association's rules and regulations

Twice a month compliance inspections

Financial acumen and competency including basic accounting (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and comprehending monthly financials.

Ensure vendors, service providers, and contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service

Manage and facilitate overall plans working closely with local municipalities/County

Create rapport with exceptional customer service with homeowners, residents and guests

Assist the General Manager, Finance Committee and Board of Directors with Annual Budget preparation

Oversee design review/architectural process for members

Current with best industry practices, as well as all current applicable laws in Washington State and educate Boards and Committees on same
