Evergreen is looking for an experienced project manager.
Must have extensive experience with high volume remodeling management.
Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for creating a full scope of work for a given project, creating material lists and overseeing the project from start to finish. The Project Manager ensures a clear line of communication between them and the homeowner. They are able to problem solve when complications arise and ensure that the homeowner is happy with the project.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
-Able to work in a fast-pace environment
-Must have experience managing residential projects (related to decks, siding, roofing, solar installation, etc.)
-High level communication skills
-Tech friendly (We use a project management platform called BuilderTrend)
-Organized
-Ability to motivate team members
-Critical thinking skills
-Valid Drivers License and Good Driving Record
-Understanding job costing
-Clear understanding of how to create material lists
