CPA/EA/ Tax preparer opportunity- Kirkland WA
We are a small well-established accounting firm with 3 office locations (Kirkland, Seattle and Lynnwood) who are looking for an experienced tax return preparer.
We have a team of 30 CPA, EA and Bookkeeper on staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong general business knowledge, be self-motivated, and have experience preparing tax returns. We offer a relaxed work environment and competitive pay and benefits (DOE).
Position Responsibilities
Preparation of individual, business returns (1040, 1065, 1120S and 1120)
Estate and Trust tax experience is a plus
Provide accounting assistance with client QuickBooks
Preparation of Form 1099’s
Limited preparation of quarterly and annual payroll filings
Client communication
Position Qualifications:
Upbeat and easy-going personality
Minimum of 3 years’ experience preparing tax returns
Experience with QuickBooks
Experience with MS Office
Experience with Lacerte Tax software
CPA candidate or CPA a plus
We are open to Full time, Part-time and remote office work
