Property Accountant
Establish Property Management Company in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Real Estate Property accountant.
The position requires an experienced full-charge bookkeeper with experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, month-end close, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, good judgment, and decision-making skills. In addition, the position requires the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
Advanced Excel and experience with property management software are required.
