AAA KARTAK Glass & Closet, a family-owned finishing touches construction company, is looking for an experienced Financial Associate to join our Accounting department on our award-winning team in Everett, WA. We want people who are interested in growing a career with our well-established company.
The Position:
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience working in an accounting department and has a strong understanding of Excel. We need them to be able to multi-task and keep track of many deadlines as well as have a willingness to jump in where needed in a wide variety of tasks. The perfect individual is dependable, efficient, positive, detailed, and a quick learner.
Work schedule will be Monday – Friday with flexible start times. Wages DOE. Range $25 - $30 Per hour.
Must Haves:
Education and minimum of 2 years experience in Finance or Accounting
Previous successful job experience and references
Detailed knowledge of Excel
Ability to pass a drug test and willing to complete a background check
Ability to hear, read, and speak fluent English with legible handwriting
Communicate well in a team-setting and with customers over the phone
