Keithly Electric Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work as an integral member of our team.
Duties include:
Customer invoice preparation and approval routing.
Submitting invoices to customers.
Processing receipts.
Sending payment reminders and making collection phone calls as needed.
Assisting project managers with project profitability analysis.
Maintaining customer master data.
Assisting with reception and answering phones.
General office tasks as assigned.
Qualified applicants must have:
Prior Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience.
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
Good computer skills.
Experience with MS Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
Highly organized; able to handle interruptions and stay on track.
Detail oriented.
Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Be able to pass a background check.
Other desired skills/experience:
Construction industry and/or project-based billing experience.
NetSuite experience.
