Position Type: Full-time/Part-time, Hourly
Location: In Office; Auburn, WA
Wage Scale: $18.00+
Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with customers, vendors, and employees through phone, email and in person
- Assist with reviewing AP/AR processes, identifies areas of improvement, and makes recommendations for improving - processes and procedures
- Filing, scanning, and general organization of accounting documents
- Work with general ledger accounts
- Assist with reconciling accounts monthly, ensuring timely payments are being made
- Assist with collections
- Assisting with gathering of data for audits
- Keeping subcontractor packets up to date
- Abiding by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled and taking classes towards an Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in - Accounting/Finance or a recent graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and - -managers.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier
- Valid WA Driver’s License.
