This position is responsible for a wide variety of accounting responsibilities and should be able to demonstrate proficiency in:
QuickBooks Pro Plus - with QB Desktop experience
Bank and credit card reconciliations on both platforms
Bi-weekly (941); monthly/quarterly/annual compliance tax filings/ L&I; bi-monthly payroll/ annual W-2 processing
AP and AR processing
Journal entries
1040 Tax Prep for CPA review
This position requires:
3 - 5+ years accounting experience - college degree in accounting preferred.
Credentials a plus (EA, MBA, CPA)
Strong English grammar and spelling skills
This is not a remote position. All functions of this job require processing in a timely manner. Our office is open 5 days a week 8-hours a day. This position will require, (and offers) flexibility of work days and time in conjunction with payroll processing and other reporting requirements.

Salary range: $25 -$28/hr. DOE
